This sailboat is in storage a few blocks from our place. Trailerable, full keel, looks rather "shippy". Any ID on it?

Definitely not typical of what we see around here, considering all the shallow water in our bay. It would be restricted to the Gulf, ship channels, and the ICW.
Sorry for the image quality (or lack thereof) - all I had with me was the phone, and it looks like I had slimed up the lens... hey, it's warm here. It would be good sailing, though: mid-80s, sunny, wind ESE @ 14, gusting higher.

The good folks on the TSBB came up with an ID: a Nordica 20, made in Canada. Looks like it is built like a Flicka.
