Drivers beware...

Really.  I heard this on the local news/weather/traffic this morning: "There is a chance of sun-breaks this afternoon, so drivers beware -there may be some glare on your afternoon drive."

This may be the plot for the next cheesy disaster movie: "They thought they were safe on their afternoon commute.  Who could have expected... (insert dramatic music here - dah, dah, dahhhhh)... sun breaks!"

We were getting... (dah, dah, dahhhhh!)... sprinkles on the top of the motorhome when we heard that.  Not pounding rain.  Nothing dramatic.  A few sprinkles.  Imagine it with the music.

Last day off this week; chores day.  We did laundry, went to the grocery store, out for lunch, and flushed the holding tanks.  Yep, pretty glamorous.  We were talking about going to Roche for a scooter ride and lunch, but I got an e-mail asking if I would drive out of Roche tomorrow instead of working on (shaking down) one of our Friday Harbor boats... "Sure."

Means I'm going to be commuting there, so we did lunch in Friday Harbor.

Back to the coach, and an Izzy adventure...

Creatures Great & Small:

While walking Izzy, she heard the horse again...

"Seriously - did you hear that?  What kind of cat-killer is that??"

Then, she saw a hummingbird...

"Whoa!  That was fast!  Did you see that??"

"Yes, Iz; that is a hummingbird.  Do you know why it hums?  It doesn't know the words."

Cats don't have much of a sense of humor.  They especially don't like kid jokes.

And then -  it happened...

See the back-lighting on little Izzy?  It's kind of a sun-break.  It is fortunate neither she nor I were driving.  ;-)

On edit:

When I loaded those images of Izzy, these were on the camera from my last trip on the boat...
