50...

My age?  No, 50 is way in the rearview mirror.  IQ?  Some might think so.

Today is Super Bowl 50.  CBS has been hyping it for weeks.  It is one of the games we do like to watch on TV... it has become an "American phenomenon."

We've been on the go every day since we got here; today, we're hanging close to home.  Well, the cruising home.  After breakfast, we went for a walk - through the park and out to the walkways by the water...

We set the patio up for watching the Super Bowl there...

Instead of making snacks...

Little Izzy joined us out there for the pre-game festivities...

On with the game...

As the sun got low, Joan opted for a blanket.  Then, a cat on a blanket...

By half-time, we moved it inside.  It was a good game.  Not a "nail-biter", but it makes a good story for Peyton Manning, if this is, indeed, his last season.

Lady Gaga did a fine job with the National Anthem.  The half-time show was decent.  The commercials were good... not as funny or innovative as in the past.  Well, the "puppy, monkey, baby" commercial was mildly odd.  The game was more about defense, and Denver definitely dominated.

I enjoyed seeing the MVPs from the last 40 Super Bowls before the game started.

Oh, and the pizza and mojo potatoes got two thumbs up!
