An autumn day in the Tropical Tip... the cold front that was supposed to come through yesterday took its time... and roared in about 11:30 last night with thunder, lightning, wind and rain. It knocked our power out; 3 times.
The weather weasels forecast today to be "Glorious." Then tempered that with a wind forecast of: "5 to 20." 5 to 20? That's a pretty broad range. Turned out to be beautiful blue sky, lower humidity, temps in the low to mid-70s and wind gusting above 30 mph.
We got out on the scoots a bit, but stayed in town; and even then, the gusts moved us around a bit.
Tomorrow? More of the same with WAY less wind! I'm liking that.
