The ferry got me again yesterday...

Same ferry, same place.  I didn't bother to call them this time.  I had the boss and a first mate onboard after doing some maintenence on the boat and taking it out for a test run.  Nice to have two line handlers at "touchdown."  ;-)

I have mentioned how close we are to the ferry landing.  Really, we are the closest boats to the ferry.  Here's a look...

That green railing is the ferry.  This is shot with a wide-angle view.  The first boat you see, with the logo on the flybridge - yep, that's the one I drive most of the time.

With a normal length lens.  Close.  I've got this down, now... coming in and making a 270º arrival turn is almost a yawn without the wash from the ferry. ;-)
