Theme song...

I belong to a Facebook pontoon boat group.  The guy who started it posted a link to the Little Big Town song On the Pontoon, declaring it the group's official theme song.

It's a cute song.  Especially if you have two pretty girls to sing lead.

I had heard the song a time or two before, but wasn't familiar enough with it to know the words or get a feel for the rhythm to make an attempt to record it.  That hasn't stopped be before, so...

"Out here in the open... mmmm, motorboatin'."  Who says they don't write songs with meaning these days?  ;-)  Joan printed off the words for me, I picked up the chords (all 3 of them) by ear... most guitar players use their fingers.
