That's Wild Blue against the wall. Here's another look that shows just how tall that wall is...
That's the top of our boat that is at the same level as the wall... convenient for getting the bikes on and off the boat, but quite a climb to get in or out of the boat.We rode bikes around town today. An observation: more beauty salons and churches per capita than any other place we've seen. Not sure if that means well-coiffed sinners or pious folks with great nails. The people we've met here have been very nice. The Visitors Center is staffed with friendly, helpful folks. This has been the nicest waterfront yet in our time on the canal.
Heading west tomorrow.
