In the light of day...

I did go out last night with a flashlight after the rain let up - didn't see anything obvious.  This morning, Joan did a walk-around... all good.  A neighbor on one side was up on a ladder, doing some work on one of his slide awnings; a neighbor on the other side said they found one of the patio chairs, the other is still missing.  We seemed to come through unscathed.  It was Joan's idea to put a bike lock on the Cuisinart grill we bought recently - turns out that was the only thing holding that on the picnic table, so a very good idea.  The bike cover over the e-bikes fared well because it was protected by the coach with the wind direction we had.

We went out for breakfast this morning - didn't drive around the whole resort, but other than a few slide awnings, I didn't see any other damage.  Plenty of tree-debris in the streets, but I didn't see any significant branches down until we got near the entrance to the resort - there is an older tree that is snapped off near the base of it, orange cones blocking the street around it.

Driving into town, we saw areas where gravel lots had spewed a bunch of rocks and gravel out into the street.  All in all, it could have been a lot worse.

A sunny, but breezy, start to the day.  Nothing like the wind last night.  Back to enjoying our time here.
