I guess we won't know. It turned perfectly clear as darkness settled in...
We walked along the waterfront, watching and listening to the buskers. Some of them have this down to ask for your donation in a way that makes you want to leave even more. As you might imagine, we enjoy the live entertainment.
Kinda hard to tell, but that is a guy on a tall unicycle in the red circle (I didn't want to use flash) - another juggler, this guy was tossing his hat from his foot to his head while balanced up there.
When we walked to the north end of the harbour, we saw that there were bunches of fabric kiosks set up: more crafts and artists...
Walking back to the boat, Wild Blue looked like she was in the spot light...
Well, she is parked right under a street light, but I thought it was unusual that none of the other boats seemed to have direct light on them. I going with: this is the place of honor. ;-)

Perhaps the Harbormaster just wanted to keep an eye on you ;)
That could be it, Tim. Of course, the people on the boat across from us were up singing and yelling much of the night. Wild Blue's crew is pretty quiet. ;-)
