Scooter Tag...

It has been a while.

The new motorhome has taken up a lot of our time and energy that past week or so; much like moving into a new house... well, a smaller house... and working to find out what fits and what doesn't.  I think we are over the hump with that.  We still need to eliminate some stuff, but we are fortunate to have a storage shed on our lot and an understanding daughter and son-in-law with a bit of room to share in their house.

I don't want to say our water leak issue is completely resolved, but it is looking positive... thanks to "Josephine the plumber" and her slender hands.  It was more than just a not-tight-enough connection - the water line was not fit properly in place.

We have been reading the endless manuals; a few "Oh, so that's how that works," moments.  A couple, "Look, we have this," items.  And still one key that we have not been able to figure out what it goes to.

Before going to Steph and Dan's for supper, we were able to get a scooter ride in.  I miss our daily routine here of scooting about.  The "scooter tag" thread on the forum has been a bit quiet lately.  Certainly, there are places around the country that are not conducive to being out on two wheels right now.  The last tag was " a street sign with a pop culture name."  The photo showed "Skywalker Way."  We are in a resort designed around Roy Rogers (Happy Trails) - not much work for this search, since all the streets are named after people or stuff from that TV series...

Yes, that is Roy Rogers Drive.  There is also Dale Evans, Trigger, Buttermilk, and a bunch of others.

And the new tag...

Your scooter with cacti.  Also pretty easy to find around here.  ;-)  We rode around the area, stopped for a light lunch, and topped off the tanks.  Gas is up to $1.95 around here (up 12¢ from a few days ago).  Nice while it lasted.  Hopefully, it won't shoot up as fast as it came down.

High of 81º today, lovely sunshine.  Nice day to be out and about.
