Last night, just before sunset, we had one of those famous Pacific Northwest "sunbreaks"...
Yeah, that sky looks pretty threatening, but no rain. Izzy wanted to go out, but the ground is saturated.
This morning, though, with more sunshine, she finally got her outing...
"Yes, I remember this!" It has been 6 days of chilly, wet, and often windy weather. She had to check out this branch that blew off the big evergreen tree on the next property...
"Mmmm - smells like Christmas!"
After a lengthy walk, she got to have some leash time on her own...
She is a happy girl.
We have all our patio furniture tucked under the motorhome...
Looks a bit bare out there. On the bright side, the grass, which had gone brown, greened up again quite nicely.
Time for an outing for us, too.
