Murphy and I getting some kick-back time on the patio this afternoon...

It was a beautiful day in the desert today - a high of 88º (but, it's a dry heat); I guess we have acclimated, as it felt good in the shade of the pergola and a patio umbrella. No, we didn't spend the whole day out there, an hour or two late afternoon.
Warmer temps are coming - upper 90s, maybe 100º by Thursday. That means mornings on the patio instead of evenings.

Looks like a good afternoon. We had warm temps over the weekend but cold and rainy since. Hopefully improving in a couple more days. Duke likes it when we sit on the porch swing and he can settle in between us.
Springtime in the Rockies, Earl. Up and down. Here in the desert, we are headed for 90º today, and approaching triple digits the next 3 days. Locals are bemoaning this "a month too early for 100º"... Mother Nature is going to do what she wants. Having a cat for comfort helps. ;-)
