Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!

"Why the mass hysteria?" you ask.  Thanks for asking.  Last night before heading to bed, our high-speed internet took a dump.  As in: it ain't workin'.  Contacting Spectrum (used to be TimeWarner) this morning (because it was still out), we found out is it a LARGE outage.  As in: much of Texas.

Spectrum has a recorded message if you call them, and a "WE KNOW ABOUT IT" message for their website.

Wait?  How do you get through to their website if your internet isn't working?  Kinda nosy, aren't ya?  My trusty iPhone as a hot-spot... the way we connect when we are away from home.

Not sure what happened with Spectrum, but I have a suspicion that we may have hooked up too many smart devices over the last few days and it overloaded their whole system.

Yep, just kidding.  Well, about hooking up too many smart devices.  Pretty sure Spectrum changed their name from TimeWarner because they have such an awful reputation for customer service.  They may be due for another name change.  ;-)
