An "Official Day of Mourning"...
We watched the funeral services in Washington, D.C., for President George H.W, Bush. He was a good and honorable man... something hard to come by in our Capitol since George left office. A life of service. We both found it all very moving.
It was another cool, breezy day in the Tropical Tip. I checked out latitude: yep, still sub-tropical. Two goals for me today, both outside: get the oil changed in the scoots and put the cover on the boat. That last one is a sign that the weather isn't going to be back to normal again, at least for a while. There was also some guitar playing.
Joan cooked and cleaned. In other words: just life.
I did have the opportunity to try out my new oil extractor - works good.
