Little old people...

It's official.  We did an "early bird supper" and are heading out to play BINGO.  The supper, for the timing, and the BINGO because that was one of Steph's birthday presents from us.  I don't know why, because we don't play BINGO any other time, except when we're here in the desert.

We've been doing this for years, generally once or twice each time we come here.  We're staying in a 55+ RV resort.  Yeah, if the shoe fits... and you get a senior discount on it... well, you know.

;-)

On edit: BINGO was fun.  Joan was the only one that won, and it was on a "secondary" (after the first BINGO) game; instead of a cash prize, she won the use of one of their machines, loaded up with more cards on it for the two big games ($1,000 each).  Alas, none of us came away any richer.  In fact, I am pretty sure my cards had unlisted numbers.  It is "Pi Day" today, and one of my cards had the number 3.14159... they never called that number.  Go figure.

It is a decent BINGO set up, with screens all around the room; clean; run very efficiently.  Most of the pots are $100, a few bigger than that, and then the two big ones of $1000 each.  It is licensed and operated by two Rotary Clubs.
