I got out early today, 'cause it is going to be a hot one, pushing 100º. I took the CTX on the Interstate to get there; drove around Main Street a bit to shoot some video, stopped long enough to buy a new tie-dye shirt, and hit the road for some fun riding.
Main Street in Sturgis hasn't been blocked off yet for Motorcycle Only Parking - still plenty of cars and trucks there. The vendors appear to be set up and ready for the crowds. Plenty of bike and bikes-in-trailers traffic on I-90.
After leaving downtown, I headed south into Vanocker Canyon - amazingly quiet for traffic (check out the video).
