That is a "fake" that took me about 60 seconds to work up in Photoshop. I tried to get a photo with my iPhone, shooting through some eclipse glasses - it wasn't too successful...
Joan was outside longer than I was, and got some decent images on her phone...
Maybe she'll share some?

I watched it in real time at noon-thirty using my glasses left over from the August 2017 eclipse. That one covered Idaho (we had totality about 60 miles away and 97% in my backyard). Neat stuff, although my lunch mates today were less than enthusiastic.
I thought about trying to capture a phone image using my glasses, but that seemed like work -- another four-letter word.
We were in the area of totality in 2017 in Tennessee. It was interesting, but there seems to be a lot more hype about this time around. Next one in the US will be a small path in 2024... I can't imagine I'll be around for that one, so it was good to take this in today, even if it was only 60 - 70% cover.
Joan definitely put more effort into getting a photo than I did.
