The big furry boy has settled in. He loves his chair. He has been getting out a couple times a day, but we stay on our lot. Last time he and I went for a longer walk here, he got into sand burrs - not easy to get those out of that long fur, plus they hurt. So, we are staying close to home.
That's not why the face in that photo - he isn't glum, just ready to settle in for a nap.
Warm and humid here today; the wind is out of the north, coming off Hurricane Delta's outer bands. The effects here will be increased humidity, a chance of rain, wind at 20+mph, and the possibility of coastal flooding due to surge.
Looks like the folks in Louisiana are in the cross-hairs once again.
