Here we go again...

If you said, "Dolly Parton, 1977," you are soooo close.  But, no bonus points.  Her song is: Here You Come Again.

I was going to get a photo of the Strawberry Full Moon last night, but clouds, then stormy weather rolled in.  And here comes the nasty weather again (8:00 Sunday evening).  While out for my early evening walk, the first lightning bolt lit up the sky northeast of us.  I checked weather on my watch and it said, "Rain will start in your area in 9 minutes."  Yep, time to briskly walk for home.

Ping-pong ball size hail in the mid-Valley.  80 mph winds at Valley International Airport (near where our storage unit for the motorhome is).  Hail in that same area now, too.  The storms are moving at 50 mph.  The local weather folks are now non-stop on our local channels, with the warnings that these will be "destructive storms."

Two nights in a row.  I think this is the 4th consecutive Sunday evening with storms.  As of right now, it looks like the ugly stuff with this round of storms will pass west of us.  Thunderstorms in our area are predicted to end by 9:30.

We are taking turns petting Rufus; he's doing fine at this point.
