On the new house front: Steph and Dan took more progress photos today. Not a lot of changes you can see from outside, but more wiring and plumbing being run inside. Stuff run inside a conduit for the TV and internet...

Looks like I was right about the house having indoor plumbing...
Looking at houses on the next block that were started before ours, there may be some stucco happening before long.
And on with the guessing game of: When Will It Be Done? Joan checks "Quick Move-In Sales" to see how any spec homes are progressing. Not much in the way of spec homes available to get a good idea these days. The demand must still be high.
