Steph sent us the latest progress photos...
Plywood on the roof and most of the exterior walls; it is taking shape. Steph and Dan walked through... stuff written on the floors saying what flooring goes where.
Their progress continues; closing papers have been signed. All their stuff is out of the "old" house. They are moved into their rental. Our progress is still holding... waiting to hear from the title company.
