That is a lot of digits...

We had Thanksgiving with friends Mike and M.J. - they made the turkey, stuffing, and the gravy; Joan did mashed potatoes, more stuffing, rolls, and a pumpkin pie.  Nobody went hungry.  We all agreed that we have much to be thankful for.

Mostly, the day was about being with friends - the conversation was, as always, lively.

They have two fur babies: Gracie (a border collie) and Yogi (a long, lanky feline with something extra).  This photo shows that "something extra...

Yogi is a polydactyl.  No, that isn't like a pterodactyl.  A polydactyl is a cat with more than the usual number of toes on one or more feet.  Yogi has a bunch.  Named after the famous Yogi Berra... yes, the catcher for the New York Yankees.  If you aren't sure why, check out the "catcher's mitt that boy has for paws!  ;-)

We all had a good time; the food was tasty.  We didn't really solve any of the world's problems, and that was just fine.

Yep, much to be thankful for.

Happy Thanksgiving!
