After many hours of work, the project is officially done!
Mark and I have been friends and playing music for over 50 years. We are at a point where we can nod at each other and know what change or ending is coming. Not so easy to do when we are 1,400 apart. But, we have managed to keep collaborating on our music projects by sending digital files back and forth.
This project was a whole new direction: a music video. What's that you say? VH1 has a whole TV channel dedicated to music videos? ;-) This is a departure for us... some music, some acting, and a bunch of production.
Immodesty aside, I think this is fun - I hope people will enjoy it. If you are one of those people, feel free to share it with as many people as you'd like. No, we cannot "monetize" this, because the song is a punchy version of a Willie Nelson classic. It's about the changes in how to live your life in the time of "the virus." Nothing political about it, Mark and I are about having fun, and bringing our audience along for the ride.
