A lovely afternoon in the desert today. Joan made chili, I grilled burgers... open face chili bacon cheese melts. After which, Murphy got to go for a couple walks. Then, some time on the patio couch with his Momma...
Some wandering time on his own (on the leash)...
A visit around the yard to see Steph and Tango (inside the screen door)...
More leash time, then in for the evening...
That is a long boy.

Great shots. All I can say is.... awwww, how cute. I have no doubt he will turn into a little person in a cat suit.
That's my hope, Earl. If he doesn't grow much, it will be a really little person in that cat suit. With good nutrition and exercise, the boy has filled out... he has moved from scrawny all the way up to skinny. I find hard to believe it has only been a bit over 3 weeks since we adopted him. Even more surprising is how much kitten is inside this boy. He is getting on well with the daily routines, seems secure that there will always be chow and snuggles. I still find myself looking at him and thinking: he is so small. He is good about getting his harness on to go for the short walks we do, but it isn't his idea, yet. The kitten energy followed by the need for a kitten nap. He is a runner and a jumper. I'm doing my best to keep up.
