From a Rider's POV

 

Out on the scoots again.  Today, I shot with the Insta360 One R; trying to keep it simple, I kept it mostly from the rider's point of view.

The riding was especially good today - very light traffic.  May have been our timing, but more likely it is the lull before the holiday weekend crowds roll in.  Iron Mountain Road was great, only a few miles of getting caught behind someone who thought it was a good idea to drive that road with an old pickup truck, pulling a car on a flatbed trailer (??)... the rest of it was blissfully free of traffic.

On the way back, we stopped at Iron Mountain Road Store; Joan got a new pick IMR t-shirt.  We saw their sign that said, "New Owners," and thought they might have some new and different items this year (they did).

The weather was particularly nice: depending on elevation, it was 78º to 84º, blue sky with puffy white clouds.
