We got out early to go to the store today... it's Friday and that generally means weekend crowds will be rolling in. Our timing was good and the store was nicely unoccupied. Swung by Whataburger for a breakfast burger (for me) and a taquito for Joan on the way home. While we unloaded groceries, Rufus wanted to go out and munch some grass.
Back inside on this chilly morning (57º when I went for a bike ride), Rufus was ready for some play time. Joan got one of his toys to play "grab" (catching the feathered critter on a cord) - the boy is fast. Occasionally he will get some "air time" when he jumps to go for the toy.
Joan said, "Get your camera ready to capture this while he's in the air."
Nope, he was done with that game. But, I had the phone out and pointing at him. I can't resist that handsome face...
Such a good-natured boy.
