Tortugas...

Turtles.  When Steph and Dan come to visit, one of Stephanie's favorite places is Sea Turtle Inc.  So, off we go.  This being a holiday weekend, we didn't know what to expect for crowds.  Pulling into the parking lot at Sea Turtle Inc - it was packed.  Going forward, we saw that the parking closest to their display and education building had plenty of empty parking spaces... it's also where you go inside to pay.  I pulled into the spot closest to the door (yes, really), and we went inside.  A look at our walking about...

Above and below are at the rehabilitation and hospital building...

The boardwalk between the buildings...

We got seats at the amphitheater to watch a presentation on Sea Turtle Inc.

There are 7 kinds of sea turtles in the world, and 5 of them can be found in this area.  The rarest and most endangered are the Kemp's Ridley Sea Turtles, which only lay eggs in this area and northeastern Mexico.

We had a nice visit there, and a swing through the gift shop.  A good time with the fam.
